Black River Paintball requires all players to sign in and complete a field waiver prior to playing.  You must be 10yrs old to participate in BR's paintball games.

PLAYER SAFETY RULES

All players must read and agree to follow all player safety rules and field safety guidelines. Any violation of the safety rules will result in immediate and mandatory ejection from the field and/or premises.

1.         SAFETY GOGGLES must be worn by anyone in the playing field and chrono range at all times. Only Goggles meeting ASTM guidelines for paintball with full-face and ear protection are allowed. Modifications are strictly prohibited.

2.         NO SHOOTING in any areas other than the designated playing field and/or chrono area. No shooting into or out of the registration area, neutral zones, or parking area. 

3.         FIELD PAINT is strictly enforced.  Any player found not shooting WHITE filled field paint purchased from BR's store or field locations, will be ejected for the day.

4.         STEEL CLEATS are prohibited from this facility.  Cleats, track shoes, tennis shoes or boots with rubber soles and spikes are the only approved footwear.

5.         NO BLIND SHOOTING if you can’t see the end of your barrel, don’t pull the trigger.

6.         ALL JUDGE’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL. Under no circumstances will it be acceptable or allowed for any player or spectator to argue with the Refs or BR Staff.

7.         BARREL BLOCKING DEVICES must be used at all times in every area of the property other than the designated playing field and chrono range. Barrel blocking devices must be specifically designed and manufactured for paintball markers.

8.         NO CLIMBING on bunkers, vehicles, or any structure 4’ or higher. If a structure is meant to be climbed, a step or ladder will be provided.

9.         NO PHYSICAL CONTACT between players or with judging officials.  Failure to compile will result in ejection from the premise and the authorities being called.

10.   NO CONSTRUCTION OF BOOBY TRAPS  there is no need to construct trip wires, flares, etc- this is a game and should be treated as such.

11.   NO ALCOHOL OR ILLEGAL DRUGS allowed on the premises. Anyone using or under the influence of alcohol or any other substance will be ejected from the field. Repeat violators will be banned from the facility permanently.

12.   NO VERBAL ABUSE including, but not limited to: profanity, name-calling, or racial, ethnic, and/or religious slurs will be tolerated.

13.   NO SMOKING inside the facility.  If you smoke outside, please dispose of your trash in the appropriate containers.

14.   NO UNAUTHORIZED EQUIPMENT or potentially dangerous gear is allowed. All firearms, knives, machetes, paint mines, etc. are strictly prohibited. The field operator must approve all equipment prior to use.

15.   PROPERTY & EQUIPMENT MODIFICATIONS ARE PROHIBITED. Players are not allowed to modify safety goggles, rental markers, bunkers, or any property on the premises.
