Referees are responsible for ensuring
our customers have a safe and extremely
fun time. Through fantastic
customer service, you will serve as the
liaison between the field and its
customers. Our Referees have the
opportunity to and learn from some of
the leading names in paintball.

| FIELD MANAGER |
| A Field Manager for Black River Paintball
is extremely important as he is the
driving force behind the day-to-day
field operations. The
responsibilities of a Field Manager
include overseeing Referee and
Registration Staff, consulting with
customers to ensure expectations are met
and/or exceeded, ensure BRPaintball
policy is strictly followed and
enforced. The Field Manager sets
the example for all other employees to
follow.
